Get Back to the 80's with a huge night of nostalgic music, fun and games! DJ Jenni Carr and the live band "Frisky Business" will take you back to the good old 80s once again! There will be prizes, a full bar, yummy food and lots of dancing to our 80s favourites! Wear something outrageously 80s and win a prize! This will be a really fun night so get involved!

About Borderline Events
Based in the gorgeous Waipu, Bream Bay area we have over 40 years of experience in the music industry, promotion, event management and technical production.
Focusing on developing music events in Bream Bay, Waipu and surrounding areas over the summer months. and as we grow, the goal is to expand our horizons and start producing indoor events in the winter.

Charities & Local Club Support
When we moved to Waipu, my wife and I decided we really wanted to be part of the local community and be able to give back as much as we get from enjoying living here.
The Lions Club, Waipu Surf lifesaving Club, Waipu Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Waipu Hospice are just some of the charity's and clubs we support with proceeds from our events.
OUR COMPANY OBJECTIVES
Providing safe, FUN and afordable entertainment in Northland
Northland in summer is a hive of activity, with many of the surrounding camp grounds at capacity over January and February. The beaches are beautiful the sand is white and the ocean is warm so there is plenty to do when the sun is out!
Once the sun goes down the options for entertainment become less abundant. Waipu township boasts the world famous Pizza Barn and McLeods Brewery , and Waipu Cove has "The Cove " Restaurant both with award winning service and food. However live entertainment is not part of these establishments agenda so in the area live music is fairly limited.

Tahamoana Farm

Tahamoana farm has been operating as an outdoor venue for around 3 years. Looking out over the Hen and Chicks, sail rock and the gorgeous Bream bay it offers amazing views. The performance area has been designed to blend in to the native forest and planted palms creating an organic and peaceful atmosphere for the natural outdoor amphitheater. Viewing areas have been cleverly sculpted to create several layers and depths which provides many viewing perspectives to the stage. New Ablution blocks have been constructed recently, and larger events will have additional facilities added for your comfort and convenience.
